At The Crafter’s Stop, we take care to ensure your order is packed and dispatched promptly.
⌛ Processing Time
Once payment is received, please allow up to four business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you haven’t received tracking details within five business days, feel free to contact us for assistance.
📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey via the Australia Post website or your designated carrier’s tracking portal.
Please note: Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and may vary depending on location and service conditions.
Express Shipping
Please note that selecting Express Shipping does not mean that your order will be processed or dispatched sooner. All orders are processed and shipped sequentially based on order number.
Express Shipping refers solely to the delivery service used once your parcel has been received by Australia Post, at which point it is generally prioritised for faster handling.
Australia Post no longer offers guaranteed next-day delivery. As such, Express Post parcels may take up to five business days to be delivered.
🇦🇺 Australian Shipping
- We offer combined shipping—fill your satchel with as many items as weight limits allow to maximise value.
- You’ll only be charged the exact shipping fee charged to us by Australia Post.
- We do not charge for packaging materials or handling, and there are no hidden fees.
Delivery times via Australia Post typically range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
