Refund/Exchange Policy
Out of Stock Products:
As much as we try to keep our inventory accurate, mistakes do happen. On the occasion that a product is out of stock, we will replace it with one of a similar style or value.
If we can not replace the item we will refund the cost back to you.
Change of Mind Returns:
We understand that these things happen and people change their minds, but as our stock turns over quickly and we are always receiving new products we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind items.
Returns/Refunds:
The points below are the only reasons why we accept returns and refunds:
- your items arrives damaged and can not be used
- the product can not be used for the intended advertised purpose
- the product is of poor quality and can not be used
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your order arrives damaged then we will either refund or replace the order and open a claim for compensation with Australia Post.
Colour Variations:
While we take all necessary steps to provide accurate colour samples, colour variations may vary from what is displayed online (this can be due to monitor settings, phone settings or flash) compared to the actual physical product, therefor, we do not accept returns for this reason.

- digital downloads
