At The Crafter’s Stop, we aim to dispatch your order with care and efficiency. This policy outlines our processing times, shipping practices, and your delivery options within Australia.
⏳ Order Processing
Once payment has been received, please allow up to 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During peak periods, slight delays may occur, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving swiftly.
📬 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel’s progress via the Australia Post website or the relevant carrier’s tracking portal.
Please note: Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timeframes and handling are outside our control. However, we will continue to monitor your parcel until tracking confirms delivery.
🇦🇺 Australian Shipping
- We offer combined shipping—fit as many items as you like into a weighted satchel to maximise value.
- You’ll only pay Australia Post’s standard rates. We do not charge extra for packaging, handling, or hidden fees.
- Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

🏠 Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible orders. For details, please refer to our Local Pickup Information Page.
🚚 Local Delivery
Local Delivery is available for suburb's within 2 kilometers of Hampton Park (3976) Victoria.
Please see the information below for guideline's:
- Order value must be over $50.00
- Local Delivery fee is $5 per order (no weight restrictions)
- Delivery will be completed within 2 business days.
- A photo will be taken of the parcel when it is delivered as proof of order completion.
